Dr. Alagu Pandiyan is one of the best orthopaedic surgeons in Bangalore. He completed his medical graduation from KVG Medical College, Sullia, Mangalore. He embarked on his orthopaedic career at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in 2010, where he encountered a wide range of complex orthopaedic cases, gaining significant experience as an orthopaedic surgeon.
He then went on to do his DNB in Orthopaedics from Medical Trust Hospital, Kochi, being one of the busiest Trauma centres in South India he was exposed to complex polytrauma cases. After DNB, he pursued a fellowship in Trauma and Orthopaedics from Medical Trust Hospital.
He continued his training, gaining experience in managing complex cases. He also trained in Total Knee and Total Hip replacement surgeries, establishing himself among the best joint replacement surgeons in Bangalore. His expertise also extends to arthroscopic procedures, making him a distinguished arthroscopic surgeon and a leading figure in joint replacement surgeries.
In 2018, he moved to SPARSH and has extensively worked in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty units. Currently, he is working as a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at SPARSH Hospital Yeshwanthpur.
