Dr. Ashwini R. Mahesh, a distinguished Dermatologist with extensive training and expertise in Clinical and Cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Ashwini Mahesh completed her MBBS from JJM Medical College and further specialized with a Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL) from Madras Medical College, followed by an MD in Dermatology from GSL Medical College where she graduated as the college topper and university rank holder.
Dr. Ashwini Mahesh’s career spans various prestigious institutions globally, including an Infectious Diseases Clerkship at Keck School of Medicine, USC, USA, and Fellowships in Antiaging Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has also undertaken several observerships and hands-on training sessions across renowned centers in the USA , Dubai and Malaysia, enhancing her proficiency in advanced dermatological procedures.
Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence in patient care and academic contributions. Dr. Ashwini Mahesh has authored numerous articles in reputable journals and presented award-winning papers at national and international conferences. Her areas of interest and expertise include Chemical Peels, Injectables (Botox & Fillers), Lasers, and Dermatosurgery, among others. She is proficient in a wide array of treatments, including but not limited to, Q-Switched Nd Yag Laser, Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling RF, Excimer, Electrocautery and various peeling techniques tailored for diverse dermatological conditions.
Dr. Ashwini Mahesh is recognized for her leadership roles in dermatological societies, such as serving as the South Zonal Coordinator of the National Resident Connect Committee and as an Associate Editor of Residream, a national journal for dermatology residents in India. Dr. Ashwini Mahesh practiced as a Dermatologist at the Facial Aesthetics Medicine Centre, MFPRSC, Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre in Brunei.
